Types of Personal Information We Collect

Personal Information means any information that relates to an individual which, directly or indirectly, is capable of identifying such individual.

Sensitive Personal Information includes financial details (bank accounts, card numbers), passwords, biometric data, sexual orientation, physical/mental health conditions, and medical records. Information freely available in the public domain is not treated as Sensitive Personal Information.

Allied Lambodar may also record telephone calls for service administration purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; any such information uploaded is deemed to be done with parental/guardian consent.

  7. Provide Identity, Contact, Financial, or Payment Information on our web/payment pages

  9. Access, use, or browse our App

From third parties – We may also obtain information through business partners, independent service providers, or publicly available sources, as permitted under applicable Indian laws.

Allied Lambodar may store your Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Information) for as long as required and permissible under applicable Indian laws, for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected. Retention periods are determined by legal (contractual, statutory, or regulatory), accounting, and compliance reporting requirements.


Security Policy

We are committed to safeguarding your Personal Information and implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We store and process your personal information on AWS cloud servers, Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud service providers within and outside India.
