ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY
This document outlines the rules, regulations, policies, and conditions governing admission, fee payment, student conduct, and refund policies at Lambodar Institute. All applicants and students are advised to carefully read and understand these terms before applying for admission.
By taking admission in Lambodar Institute, the student and/or guardian automatically agree to comply with all the policies mentioned in this document.
1. Admission Policy
1.Admission to any course offered by Lambodar Institute shall be granted only after the candidate completes the admission process, which includes:
•Submission of the duly filled admission form
•Submission of all required documents
•Payment of the prescribed admission and course fees
2.The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
3.Admission shall be considered provisional until all documents are verified and approved by the institute.
4.Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the student may result in immediate cancellation of admission.
2. Student Responsibility
1.It is the responsibility of the student or guardian to carefully review and understand:
•Course details
•Course duration
•Fee structure
•Certification details
•Academic requirements
before taking admission.
2.Once admission is confirmed, the institute shall not be responsible for any misunderstanding regarding course details, certification, or other academic matters.
3.Students must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility requirements before enrolling in any course.
3. Fee Payment Policy
1.All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule determined by the institute.
2.Fees may include but are not limited to:
•Admission Fee
•Registration Fee
•Course Fee
•Examination Fee
•Study Material Fee
•Practical / Training Fee
•Certification Fee
3.Failure to pay fees within the stipulated time may result in:
•Suspension of classes
•Denial of access to academic resources
•Non-acceptance of examination forms
•Cancellation of admission
4.In such cases, the institute shall not be responsible for the continuation of the student’s studies.
4. Attendance Policy
1.Students are required to maintain regular attendance in all academic activities including:
•Lectures
•Practical sessions
•Training programs
•Workshops
2.A minimum attendance requirement may apply depending on the course.
3.Students failing to maintain the required attendance may not be permitted to appear in examinations or receive certification.
5. Break in Study / Course Discontinuation
1.If a student:
•Stops attending classes
•Takes an unauthorized break from studies
•Leaves the course midway without prior approval
the institute reserves the right to cancel the student’s admission.
2.In such cases, the institute shall not be responsible for continuing the student’s education or providing additional support.
3.The student shall not be entitled to any refund of fees.
6. Student Conduct and Discipline
Students must maintain proper discipline and professional behavior within the institute premises.
The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action including suspension or cancellation of admission in the following cases:
•Misconduct or indiscipline
•Disrespectful behavior towards staff or fellow students
•Damage to institute property
•Involvement in illegal or unethical activities
•Actions that harm the reputation of the institute
In such situations, no refund of fees will be provided.
7. Institute Rights
Lambodar Institute reserves the right to:
•Modify course structure
•Change faculty members
•Alter class schedules
•Revise academic policies
•Update rules and regulations when necessary
Such changes shall be considered binding on all students.
8. Certification Policy
Certificates, diplomas, or other academic documents will be issued only if the student:
•Successfully completes the course
•Meets attendance requirements
•Clears all examinations or assessments
•Pays all outstanding dues
Incomplete payments or academic requirements may result in withholding of certificates.
9. Document Responsibility
Students are responsible for providing accurate and valid documents at the time of admission.
The institute shall not be responsible for any delay or issues arising from:
•Incorrect documentation
•Incomplete submissions
•Government or external verification processes
10. Refund Policy
Lambodar Institute follows a Strict No Refund Policy.
1.All fees paid to the institute are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.Once admission is confirmed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances including but not limited to:
•Student withdrawing from the course
•Student discontinuing the course midway
•Student failing to attend classes
•Personal reasons of the student
•Change of mind after admission
3.Admission fees, registration fees, and any other payments made to the institute shall not be refunded.
4.Students are strongly advised to carefully review all course details before making any payment.
11. Admission Cancellation
The institute reserves the right to cancel admission if:
•False or misleading information is provided
•Fake documents are submitted
•Student violates institute policies
•Fees are not paid on time
In such cases, all deposited fees shall be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
12. Limitation of Liability
Lambodar Institute shall not be held responsible for:
•Student’s failure to complete the course
•Student’s absence from classes
•Student’s inability to pass examinations
•Personal circumstances affecting the student’s studies
The responsibility for successful completion of the course lies entirely with the student.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of admission, academic matters, or financial transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
Student / Guardian Declaration
I hereby declare that I have carefully read and fully understood all the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy of Lambodar Institute.
I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the institute and acknowledge that fees paid to the institute are non-refundable under any circumstances.
