Non-Cancellation of Admission

Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to the institute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
Declaration and Agreement
By enrolling in any course offered by the institute, the student (and/or guardian, where applicable) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions in full. This agreement is binding and enforceable throughout the duration of the course and beyond, as applicable.
